The Academy is a unique and first-of-its-kind programme, aimed to elevate individuals in becoming high-performing recruiters and industry specialists with an entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset.

This distinctive structure allows individuals to work collaboratively across our global retail divisions within Elite Associates. You will have the opportunity to become an expert by identifying outstanding talent and matching their skills and aspirations to the opportunities within some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands.

During your journey, as a member of the academy, you can expect leading-edge training and be nurtured by our industry leaders within a carefully structured and tailored development programme. As you develop over the 12 months you will gain the vital skills and experience of our fast-paced and exciting industry that will enable you to excel in our business. You will then continue your career path with us into becoming a high performing 360 consultant where you will be both candidate and client-facing.

With no background in recruitment required, our Academy is open to anyone who has that entrepreneurial spark, that is sales driven, a competitive spirit along with a strong desire to learn and thrive.


 

What does your journey on the academy look like?

The timeframe for you to become a high performing 360 recruiter which is both candidate and client facing in your specialist area is 12 Months.
  • Month 1-3

    Learning and creating your foundations

     
    • You will receive full training outside of the sales floor focusing on all the processes you need to be able to identify talent and represent them for the variety of exciting opportunities we have
    • Elevating your brand and industry knowledge through training sessions and our experienced account managers who are client facing.  
    • Working towards achieving KPI’s and personal targets set to help you succeed and understand the expectation of your role
    • Improving your confidence and skills by having weekly 121’s/ monthly appraisals around your progress and receiving tailored training and on the spot coaching to support with learning and development needs
  • MONTH 6-12

    TRANSITION TO BECOMING A CONSULTANT:

     
    • By month 6 you would have mastered the resourcer role and be a true specialist in identifying talent and this will be reflective in your outstanding and consistent performance.
    • It is now you will start to have exposure to learning the client side of being a recruiter
    • Developing your communication style
    • What is your USP
    • Brand knowledge and client meeting prep
    • Attending and hosting effective client meetings resulting in winning business
    • Business development/chasing commercial insights
    • Curating your desk
    • Account management
  • Month 3-6

    Consistency is Key:

     
    • Between these months you will have a stronger understanding of the resourcer role and start to become a specialist within your division and sectors.
    • You will be fully efficient with all processes including identifying talent through a range of sources, candidate management and strengthened relationships with your candidates.
    • Working towards achieving set KPI’s and personal targets with a commercial mindset
    • Strong time management and balancing your workload in order of urgency and priority
    • Facing challenges with a “can-do attitude” and being solution driven
    • Layering upon your learnings through your own experiences and tailored interactive training to support your objection handling and negotiation
    • Showing CONSISTENCY in all your processes and performance
  • MONTH 12-13

    GRADUATION:

     
    • On successful completion of all training provided and demonstrating behaviours, competencies and consistent financial/KPI performance, you will gain your promotion therefore graduate from the academy as a successful 360 consultant.
