Supervisor for a Fine Jewellery Brand based in London (Pop-Up 6 months FTC)

Contract: 6-Month FTC | Start Date: October 2025

An internationally celebrated contemporary fine jewellery brand is launching within one of London’s most prestigious luxury department stores, and we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to help lead our team during this exciting new chapter.

The Role:
As Supervisor, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring the delivery of a world-class client experience. You will be hands-on in motivating the team, managing floor activity, and maintaining exceptional presentation standards.

Key Requirements:

• Supervisory or senior sales experience in fine jewellery, luxury fashion, or premium accessories.

• Proven ability to drive sales and inspire team performance.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Passion for craftsmanship, contemporary design, and exceptional service.
