We’re working with a globally recognised luxury fashion brand known for its timeless elegance and contemporary design. As the brand expands its outlet presence in the UK, we’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Supervisor to join the team at its Cheshire Oaks boutique.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retail professional to take on a leadership role in one of the UK’s busiest and most prestigious outlet destinations.

The Role

As Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the store’s performance, leading by example on the shop floor and ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll support the management team with daily operations, inspire the team to exceed targets, and help create a luxury retail environment that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that builds loyalty and drives repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets through effective selling techniques and coaching the team.

• Foster strong client relationships and convert new visitors into long-term brand advocates.

• Support store operations including stock control, inventory, and back-of-house organisation.

• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Act as a keyholder, assisting with opening and closing procedures.

• Support administrative tasks and ensure seamless communication between store and head office.

• Coach and motivate team members to enhance performance, service standards, and results.

About You

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail, with proven sales success.

• Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A confident communicator and natural relationship builder.

• Organised, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced outlet environment.

• A team player with leadership potential and a passion for fashion and styling.
