We’re seeking a passionate and commercially driven Store Manager to lead the Bicester Village boutique - driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and inspiring a motivated team to achieve excellence.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the boutique’s day-to-day performance. You’ll lead your team by example, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and ensure impeccable service, presentation, and operations in line with the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently achieved.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and clienteling.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to perform at the highest standard.

• Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation and operational excellence.

• Oversee stock management, reporting, and daily operations in line with company policies.

• Proven experience managing a boutique or department within luxury or premium retail.

• Commercially minded with a strong ability to drive sales performance.

• Inspirational leader with excellent people management and communication skills.

• Warm, polished, and client-focused, with a genuine passion for service.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong operational knowledge.
