About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate with a passion for fine watchmaking and luxury service. In this role, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional boutique experience while building lasting relationships with discerning and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
You will drive sales performance, provide expert product guidance, and contribute to a refined, client-focused environment that reflects the heritage and excellence of the brand.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed individual sales and clienteling targets.

Provide expert advice on fine timepieces and horological craftsmanship.

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with HNW clients and collectors.

Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with luxury service standards.

Support boutique operations, stock management, and visual presentation.

Handle transactions and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.

Collaborate with the team to maintain excellence across all boutique activities.
Ideal Profile

Proven experience in luxury retail or fine watchmaking.

Skilled in HNW client relationship management and personalized service.

Strong sales acumen with attention to detail and storytelling ability.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
