About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate with a passion for fine watchmaking and luxury service. In this role, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional boutique experience while building lasting relationships with discerning and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.

You will drive sales performance, provide expert product guidance, and contribute to a refined, client-focused environment that reflects the heritage and excellence of the brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and clienteling targets.

  • Provide expert advice on fine timepieces and horological craftsmanship.

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with HNW clients and collectors.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with luxury service standards.

  • Support boutique operations, stock management, and visual presentation.

  • Handle transactions and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain excellence across all boutique activities.


Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or fine watchmaking.

  • Skilled in HNW client relationship management and personalized service.

  • Strong sales acumen with attention to detail and storytelling ability.

  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
