A prestigious luxury fashion brand is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join their boutique in a department store, one of the world’s most iconic retail destinations. Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised client journey from welcome to farewell
  • Create emotional connections and inspire desire through storytelling and elevated service
  • Engage both new and existing clients through walk-ins, private appointments, phone outreach, and consignments
  • Build long-term relationships to drive client retention, development, and loyalty
  • Support team sales through collaborative selling and one-to-one appointment routines

Sales Performance

  • Achieve and exceed personal and store KPIs including conversion rate, average transaction value, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Maximise selling opportunities through strategic floor zoning and proactive outreach

Clienteling

  • Demonstrate a strong ability in clienteling with a consistent, personalised approach
  • Ideally bring an existing client book or strong network within the luxury retail market
  • Confidently recruit, retain, and develop a loyal client base

Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Support daily operations including transactions, returns, repairs, and customer service issues
  • Ensure the sales floor is impeccably presented and regularly replenished
  • Liaise with visual merchandising and back-of-house teams to uphold brand standards

Key Attributes:

  • At least 5 years of experience within a luxury fashion house and an established client book
  • Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering world-class client experiences
  • Strong clienteling background with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Commercially minded with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Warm, confident, and emotionally intelligent with excellent communication skills
  • A proactive team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude


Salary: Up to £ 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission
