We are partnering with an iconic, vibrant luxury fashion brand known for its bold, colorful designs and statement-ready womenswear, seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their Soho boutique. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team in one of New York’s most dynamic retail environments - Soho.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed sales targets.

  • Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

  • Act as a key brand ambassador, ensuring a premium, personalized service that aligns with the brand’s luxury ethos.

  • Drive performance through motivating your team, developing talent, and implementing sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIPs and repeat shoppers.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven retail management experience in luxury fashion or high-end lifestyle brands.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

  • Passion for bold, statement-driven fashion and a keen eye for detail.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, trend-forward retail environment.
