You’ll engage with a diverse, global clientele, leveraging your Mandarin fluency to build meaningful relationships and drive sales through personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated, client-focused sales experience that reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.

• Build strong relationships with local and international clients, particularly within the Mandarin-speaking community.

• Develop business through proactive clientelling, outreach, and follow-up.

• Maintain impeccable visual standards and a deep knowledge of collections.

Profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
