Retail Training Manager – Luxury Fashion

A leading luxury fashion house is seeking a Retail Training Manager to oversee the training strategy across the Middle East region. The role will focus on defining and implementing learning priorities to enhance retail performance, client experience, and employee development across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess regional and individual training needs based on business performance and development plans.

Define and implement the regional training strategy in alignment with business and HR priorities.

Adapt and deploy centrally developed training content to fit the regional context.

Deliver impactful training programs on topics such as onboarding, product knowledge, client experience, store operations, and leadership.

Evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) through performance indicators and feedback.

Lead and mentor a network of regional trainers and in-store training ambassadors.

Collaborate closely with Retail Managers, Store Directors, and HR partners to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery.
Profile Requirements:

Proven experience in training facilitation and program delivery, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

Solid understanding of retail KPIs, client experience, and store operations.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze training needs and design effective learning strategies.

Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

Proficiency in digital learning tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English is required; French or Arabic are a plus.

Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
