We are seeking a Sales Associate to join a modern, design-led womenswear boutique. This is a client-facing role for someone passionate about styling, fashion, and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional one-to-one service, building long-term client relationships.
Support the store team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain impeccable visual standards and stock presentation.
Assist with day-to-day boutique operations including stock management and till procedures.
Represent the brand identity with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

Ideal Profile

Previous retail experience in premium or luxury fashion.
Strong styling ability and genuine enthusiasm for contemporary womenswear.
Personable, confident communicator with a client-first approach.
Team player with flexibility to support all areas of boutique operations.
