Role Overview
Reporting to the International Retail Operations Director, the Global Retail Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in defining and implementing operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent retail excellence worldwide.
This role acts as a key link between regional operations teams and the head office, consolidating information, monitoring performance, and driving operational improvements in line with the Maison’s high standards of service. Collaboration will extend across multiple departments, including IT, Logistics, Production, and Internal Control.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management

Develop and implement operational guidelines to ensure global consistency.

Supervise inventory planning and process adherence, consolidating schedules and needs.

Audit local delivery and reception procedures to ensure product and staff safety.
Cash Management

Define and maintain cash-handling and deposit protocols; conduct regular audits.

Oversee monthly deposit reconciliations and coordinate corrective actions with regional teams.

Support the implementation and updates of the POS system.

Standardize petty cash management practices across markets.
Operational Excellence

Oversee supplier validation and order follow-up for retail uniforms.

Design and maintain operational visit checklists for regional managers.

Coordinate the operational setup of new retail counters and openings.
Candidate Profile

Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years’ experience in retail operations, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.

Strong understanding of IT systems (Cegid experience highly advantageous).

Proven ability to create and roll out operational procedures across multiple regions.

Skilled in project management with international exposure.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Proactive, organized, and service-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
