Sales Associate - Central London
Location: Boutique - Central London
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term, 24 hours contract
Salary: Up to £ 17,000 + Bonus
We’re partnering with a globally respected luxury fashion house known for its bold creativity, distinctive craftsmanship, and modern sophistication. This 6-month fixed term part time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a boutique environment that celebrates individuality, artistry, and exceptional client experiences.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the boutique, delivering outstanding service and building meaningful relationships with clients. You’ll embody the brand’s refined aesthetic, offer expert styling advice, and contribute to the overall commercial success of the store.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalised service and ensure a seamless client experience.

Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.

Maintain impeccable store presentation and uphold operational excellence.

Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s values and visual standards.
About You

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail, or another high-end service environment.

Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering world-class service.

Approachable, empathetic, and confident in building client rapport.

Organised, professional, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages (particularly Mandarin) are a plus.
