The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll do far more than sell — you’ll curate personalised experiences, share styling inspiration, and help clients discover pieces that make them feel confident and effortlessly elegant. You’ll build meaningful relationships, deliver impeccable service, and contribute to the ongoing commercial success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalised service to every client, creating a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

• Share product knowledge and styling expertise, bringing the collection’s story to life.

• Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups, personalised outreach, and tailored recommendations.

• Support clienteling and CRM initiatives to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.

• Deliver consistently high standards across service, presentation, and store operations.

• Contribute to meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s values and visual standards.

About You

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, with a passion for fashion and styling.

• Strong people skills — approachable, empathetic, and confident in building rapport.

• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving sales targets.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and reliability.

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
