Based in the heart of Paris, within its historic flagship boutique, the House is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to uphold the highest standards of client experience and lead their team to excellence.

Your Role

As a true ambassador of the Brand, you will oversee the operations of your floor, ensuring impeccable execution and an atmosphere that reflects the prestige of the brand.

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, coach, and empower your sales team to achieve commercial goals while delivering a flawless luxury service experience.

• Operational Excellence: Supervise daily floor operations, ensure smooth sales flow, uphold visual standards, and guarantee brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional and personalised service to every client, embodying the spirit and values of French luxury at all times.

• Performance & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for growth, and support initiatives to drive overall boutique performance.

• Training & Development: Support team development by identifying training needs, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with fellow managers and head office teams to ensure alignment and operational harmony within the boutique.

The Ideal Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury or premium retail environment.

• A refined sense of service and attention to detail, with a genuine passion for the world of luxury.

• A natural leader who inspires confidence, motivates teams, and cultivates a positive, performance-driven atmosphere.

• Excellent communication skills, polished presentation, and strong ability to engage an international clientele.
