Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a designated department within the boutique, driving exceptional client service and strong commercial results.

• Support the Store Director in the daily running of the store and the execution of business strategies.

• Coach, develop, and inspire your team to meet and exceed individual and collective targets.

• Monitor and analyze department performance, proposing action plans to maximize sales opportunities.

• Ensure consistent visual merchandising and stock standards in line with brand guidelines.

• Foster a culture of clienteling, building lasting relationships and elevating the in-store experience.

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the house’s values and ensuring alignment with its creative vision.

About You:

• Fluent Arabic speaker – essential to effectively connect with our local clientele.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

• A client-first mindset with a strong background in clienteling and CRM.

• Results-oriented with a commercial approach and a sharp understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.

• A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a hands-on management style.
