Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the boutique’s daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, team performance, and visual standards.

• Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets and enhance brand presence within the local market.

• Champion a client-centric culture by cultivating long-lasting relationships and promoting clientelling excellence.

• Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership by example.

• Oversee inventory, stock optimization, and visual merchandising in line with global guidelines and brand image.

• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and company standards.

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values, vision, and creative spirit of the house.

About You:

• Significant experience in a senior retail leadership role within luxury fashion or high-end retail.

• A deep understanding of the luxury clientele in the Middle East, with proven clientelling and CRM expertise.

• Strategic and commercial mindset, with strong analytical and operational capabilities.

• Inspiring leadership style with a focus on team development, motivation, and retention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Resilient, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment.
