Based in Paris, within one of its most prestigious boutiques, the House is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury experience and embody the brand’s spirit every day.

Your Role

As a true ambassador of the Maison, you will represent the brand’s values and commitment to excellence, offering every client a memorable, personalised experience.

• Client Experience: Deliver an impeccable level of service, ensuring each client feels valued, inspired, and connected to the brand’s story.

• Sales Performance: Drive boutique sales by understanding client needs, presenting products with passion, and building lasting relationships.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the Maison’s image at all times, demonstrating elegance, confidence, and deep product knowledge.

• Clienteling: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with local and international clientele through tailored follow-ups and exceptional service.

• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, dynamic team environment, sharing best practices and supporting collective success.

• Boutique Operations: Support daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the boutique.

The Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to an international clientele.

• A genuine passion for storytelling, craftsmanship, and creating emotional connections through service.

• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate client needs.

• Impeccable presentation and communication, fluent in both French and English (additional languages are a plus).

• A proactive, engaging, and client-focused mindset, with a natural elegance and enthusiasm for luxury.
