Our client, a prestigious luxury house renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and heritage, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate (W/M) for their boutique located in Munich, Germany.

With a strong legacy in fine leather goods, footwear, and ready-to-wear collections, this Maison combines tradition and innovation to deliver a unique and refined lifestyle experience.

The Sales Associate will act as a true Brand Ambassador, driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Create an extraordinary and personalized experience for every customer.

  • Demonstrate sales leadership through active engagement on the shop floor.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to maximize selling opportunities.

  • Complete all administrative tasks in line with company policies and procedures.

Clienteling

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service in line with the brand’s quality standards.

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with both local and international clients.

  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and genuine enthusiasm for the brand’s universe.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support client outreach initiatives (emails, thank-you notes, invitations, etc.).

  • Support after-sales processes and client satisfaction in accordance with company values.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Operations

  • Participate in regular stock checks and replenishment.

  • Ensure operational and security compliance at all times.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and contribute to achieving all KPI objectives.

  • Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

  • Strong sales acumen with proven cross-selling ability.

  • Dynamic, agile, and results-driven mindset.

  • Genuine passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional service.

  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
