The Role
As a Contemporary Leather Goods Client Advisor, you will:

Deliver an elevated yet highly expressive customer experience rooted in storytelling, personal style, and a deep understanding of the brand’s craft heritage.

Build lasting client relationships through a highly personalised approach to service, acting as a trusted style authority.

Inspire clients with strong product knowledge—materials, leather craft, silhouettes, limited editions, repair & customisation services.

Drive commercial performance through strong KPIs, clienteling, and a proactive approach to identifying selling opportunities.

Support on in-store activations, styling sessions, and community-driven events that champion creativity and individuality.

Uphold operational excellence across stock, VM, product care, replenishment, and brand standards.

Contribute to the brand’s cultural environment by embodying a confident, energetic, and fashion-forward presence on the shop floor.
