A disruptive contemporary luxury brand is seeking an expressive, energetic, and style-driven Client Advisor to join their London flagship. This role sits at the intersection of fashion, craftsmanship, and culture, blending premium retail excellence with an editorial, community-minded approach to client experience.

The Role

As a Contemporary Leather Goods Client Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver an elevated yet highly expressive customer experience rooted in storytelling, personal style, and a deep understanding of the brand’s craft heritage.

  • Build lasting client relationships through a highly personalised approach to service, acting as a trusted style authority.

  • Inspire clients with strong product knowledge—materials, leather craft, silhouettes, limited editions, repair & customisation services.

  • Drive commercial performance through strong KPIs, clienteling, and a proactive approach to identifying selling opportunities.

  • Support on in-store activations, styling sessions, and community-driven events that champion creativity and individuality.

  • Uphold operational excellence across stock, VM, product care, replenishment, and brand standards.

  • Contribute to the brand’s cultural environment by embodying a confident, energetic, and fashion-forward presence on the shop floor.

The Profile

  • Previous experience in luxury, contemporary fashion, or high-touch client advisory roles.

  • Commercial acumen: KPI-driven, target-oriented, and confident converting traffic into loyal clients.
