Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its identity and values.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Promote jewellery and crystal products through personalised presentations, events, and client interactions.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Support brand initiatives and ensure a consistent luxury experience across all touchpoints.

• Gather client feedback to inform and improve brand strategies.

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or as a brand ambassador.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, polished presence.

• Strong passion for fine jewellery, crystals, and delivering an elevated client experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

• High energy, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
