The Role

As a Beauty Consultant, you’ll be a true brand ambassador — delivering personalised service, driving sales, and sharing your passion for skincare and makeup. You’ll build strong client relationships, educate customers on product benefits, and create experiences that foster loyalty and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, luxury-level service to every client, tailoring recommendations to their individual needs.

• Confidently demonstrate products and conduct consultations, explaining benefits and usage.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while increasing average transaction value and units per transaction.

• Proactively recruit new clients and build lasting relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Use CRM tools to capture customer data, follow up effectively, and personalise communication.

• Support counter operations including stock monitoring, merchandising, and maintaining high visual standards.

• Contribute to event planning and client engagement initiatives to drive footfall and sales.

• Previous experience in beauty retail or a customer-facing luxury environment.

• Passionate about skincare, cosmetics, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and selling skills.
