Assistant Boutique Manager – London, UK (Permanent)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join a luxury retail boutique specializing in fine watches, supporting the Boutique Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering a high-performing, motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Host and engage with VIP clients both inside and outside the boutique, including attending exclusive events.
Drive business growth through client development, boutique events, and strategic networking initiatives.
Oversee boutique operations and administrative tasks while maintaining a visible presence with clients. Familiarity with luxury retail policies and practices is advantageous.
Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM and clienteling strategies.
Coach, train, and inspire an experienced, senior sales team, fostering trust, collaboration, and professional excellence.
Represent the boutique with elegance and integrity, ensuring a high standard of service for very high-value clients.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership and assertiveness, excellent clienteling skills, and a results-driven mindset. Experience with fine watches is not required, but a passion for luxury, curiosity to learn, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences to VIP clients are essential.
