Being a pivotal member of the client facing operations team, Elite's security staff are not only armed with security industry standard SIA training, but also are coached on the essentials of how to construct positive client experiences using Elite's proprietary "Wow Factor" client-centric approach to traditional customer service. Each staff member is exposed to a core of knowledge needed to create a dynamic dialogue between the client's needs and a brand's unique identity. We aim to break the traditional image of the retail security guard and train, manage and brief them to become a part of your retail team, and not the stereotypical 'doorman' many retailers and customers face. With bespoke Security Staff handbooks and concierge directories, branded Identification cards, and a quarterly competency review, all Elite Associates security personnel are screened in accordance with BS 7858 and have been referenced using the appropriate CRB vetting scheme.
