His expertise and experience in the luxury fashion and beauty industry coupled with a background in law and a penchant for retail analysis, brings a consultative and leveraged edge to both his colleagues and clients. Grant's strong belief in providing the very best permanent, executive, and interim personnel to some of the most prestigious retailers in the world, has set the standard for an entire industry and has allowed him to dedicate his professional endeavours to optimizing dynamics between the retailer and an ever-changing, ever-evolving luxury consumer. It is this passion which fuelled his 2013 initiative of the creation of the Elite Retail Training Academy, a dynamic learning environment for new candidates entering the enterprising world of luxury retail sales and management.
A native Londoner with a keen interest in contemporary art, Grant is committed to sharing his success by giving back to the community. He is involved with a number of charitable local and international organizations and as can be seen from our Community page, actively promotes charities such as Wellbeing for Women and Fight for Life amongst others.
At the helm of the Elite temporary division for the past 11 years, Patricia has, along with her team of dedicated resourcers and consultants, built one of the most successful interim luxury fashion and beauty staffing services in the UK. Having moved to London from her native Spain over 14 years ago and starting her career at Elite as a temp herself, Patricia truly understands the inherent needs of both client and candidate. Fuelling that dynamic is her impressive little black book of industry contacts and intense passion for the luxury goods industry which has contributed to Elite's award winning reputation within the business.
